- Every time we will use all the different kind of vegetables (organic)from our garden
- Local Meat from our free range ( Cinta Senese)
A particular part to the class are:
- homemade bread and focaccia flavored with herbs or seasonal ingredients
- Tiramisù (one of our most popular desserts!) or sweet pastry tart with confectioner’s custard or fresh fruit,or other dessert selections
Classes begin at 9:30 am. Each class is kept small to ensure full participation and attentive teaching, so we can work calmly and with care!
Lunch is included according to the time of the lessons.
All courses will offer a visit to our cellars and a tasting of the estate’s 5 best wines selected from:
‘Easy to Fall in Love’ – the best “Tuscan Champagne” with Chardonnay and Malvasia grapes.
Chianti Classico – aged over 3 or 4 years. We bottle only a limited final product annually.
Super Tuscan – A limited vintage of the highest quality, restricted to only 450 – 500 bottles annually. This wines are aged for 3 years in small oak casks and refined at least 2 years in bottles.
We are also producers of fine Balsamic Vinegar, which you will have the chance to taste.
Due to our highly selective and limited production, we do not sell our wines or balsamic vinegar commercially; they cannot be found in supermarkets, shops or restaurants. We sell only privately, and ship all over the world.
